Partners from the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Apprentices” gathered in Milan, Italy for the third transnational project meeting, the second face-to-face, on February 2, 2023 hosted by the Italian partners, CSF.
The aim of this meeting was to proceed with the Halfway evaluation of the project in view of the interim evaluation by SEPIE, the Spanish national agency in charge of the project. Partners reviewed the current status of the PR2 Sustainable Apprentices Online Open Learning Materials Platform, including the b-Learning courses and practical activities. They also answered open questions about PR2. The partners then discussed the methodological framework and made a joint decision on how to proceed.
The partners updated each other on the progress of the quality assessment, including the Project Progress questionnaire, SWOT analysis, and evaluation of the first project result: the ECVET Curriculum. INQS as internal evaluator, provided an overview of the current status of the Quality Interim Report. The partners then discussed dissemination efforts, including interim dissemination reports and newsletters.
During the meeting, the partners also reviewed and updated the current status of the Interim Report, including financial reporting and the narrative report. The meeting ended with a Q&A session and a joint decision on next steps and deadlines, including the celebration of the fourth meeting on the arragement of the trial stage, that will be hosted by GOI in Turkey in June 2023.
